Agency Workers Regulations – what it means for you?

The Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (AWR) will come into force on the 1st October 2011. The legislation will give temporary agency workers, such as yourself, similar basic entitlements as those on permanent contracts of employment in a comparable role. They do not alter your employment status in any way; you will remain a temporary agency worker engaged by Tate under your current terms.
